Terms of Service
Rules for using Carzon and interacting with vehicle listings.
1. The Service
Carzon is a platform for vehicle listings, discovery and communication between users. Carzon is not the seller or buyer and does not become a party to transactions between users. Carzon currently does not process vehicle-sale payments or provide escrow.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials and activity performed through your account.
3. Listings and Conduct
You may publish only listings and content you are entitled to use. Listings must not be fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, abusive or infringing. You are responsible for the accuracy of vehicle, price, condition, ownership and contact information you provide.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content, you confirm you own it or have sufficient rights and permissions. You grant Carzon a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, technically reproduce, display, transmit, distribute through the service, resize, compress, format and technically adapt your content only as reasonably necessary to operate Carzon, display listings, deliver communications, secure and moderate the service, investigate reports, provide support and maintain backups where applicable.
This license does not transfer ownership to Carzon. Limited copies or evidence may remain where reasonably necessary for backups, legal compliance, safety, moderation or dispute handling.
5. Identifiable People
If your content shows identifiable people, you are responsible for any permission or lawful basis required to upload and display it.
6. Moderation, Reports and Blocking
Carzon may filter, reject, investigate, hide or remove content, restrict accounts, preserve necessary evidence and take reasonable action to protect the service and users. Users may report inappropriate content or users and use available blocking controls.
7. Intellectual Property and Trademarks
The Carzon name, original interface and Carzon-created assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Vehicle manufacturer names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify makes and vehicles. Carzon does not claim affiliation with manufacturers unless expressly stated.
8. Third-Party Reference Data
Carzon may display reference data from NHTSA, EPA / FuelEconomy.gov, ANRE e-Carburanți, Sheriff and other identified sources. Such information may be incomplete, delayed or different from the exact vehicle or fuel station you are evaluating. Carzon is not an official representative of these sources unless explicitly stated.
9. Transactions and Safety
Users independently evaluate vehicles, sellers or buyers, documents, ownership, technical condition, mileage, history, price and transaction safety. Carzon does not guarantee listing accuracy, vehicle condition or transaction completion.
10. Support and IP Complaints
For support, abuse reports or intellectual-property complaints, contact carzonsupport@gmail.com or use available in-app reporting tools.
11. Suspension and Account Deletion
Carzon may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or comply with law. You may delete your account through Menu → Settings → Privacy & Safety → Delete Account.
12. Availability and Liability
Carzon is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep the service reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of all user-generated or external reference information. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted here.
